  • Drinking too much alcohol, carbonated drinks, coffee, or tea.

Problems can cause by acidity.

  • Acid Reflux is really irritating in daily life.
  • Heart Burn and having shortness of breath.
  • Frequent urinating too much acid can irritate the bladder.
  • Can cause diarrhea.
  • Can increase varicose vein.
  • Too much acidic can increase having skin conditions like eczema and acne.

Dairy products are one of the causes of acidity to our body tries to use soy milk, or almond milk, or non-dairy product. 

Go For Walk After Eating: Slow walking after eating can lower the chances of having acid reflux.

Avoid Too Much Citrus: Yes citrus is really good for our body especially for our immune systems but having this so much can have a negative effect on our health and don't take it at night.

Avoid Coffee: Yes most of us really love coffee but if are acidic this one you should avoid the most because coffee can promote too much acidity.

Chew A Gum: Yes chewing gum can help prevent acid throughout your stomach and it increases saliva supply can clear up acid on the esophagus.

Avoid Eating Heavy At Night: If you want to sleep well at night without burping and acid reflux avoid heavy food at night take light food easy to digest or eat early.
